Life Skills for Youth
The lack of employable skills contributes immensely to abject poverty and inequality. When done right, skills development can reduce unemployment, increase productivity, and improve standards of living. Helping youth develop and update their skills makes economic sense. Our youth development strategies are designed to help youth learn new job skills, start new careers, and realize a brighter future. Further, we provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to learn and implement sustainable business management practices and increase their productivity, efficiency, and capacity, as well as improve their access to finance and new markets.
